Jacqueline has surpassed expectations as a Landlord. She is quick to respond to her tenants needs and to follow up and make sure that the services they needed were performed well. She not only looks well to her client's homes being cared for, but also for the tenants to be taken good care of. In our 7 years of renting we have never had a more enjoyable experience than with Jacqueline Little @ Royal Realty. We highly reccomend them and her personally to anyone looking to rent on the island.

Would gladly work with Jacqueline and Royal Realty again. I’ve rented in a wide variety of locations and dealt with the entire spectrum of property management because of the military. This was the most pleasant thus far: allowed someone else to help me complete the rental process while I was overseas, good communication, quickly handled the few issues I had, didn’t try to scam me out of a security deposit like other companies have tried in the past. Would recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jacqueline Little as my real estate agent, and I have to say, I couldn't have been more impressed with her professionalism, punctuality, and willingness to help. Jacqueline went above and beyond to help, and she was always quick to respond to my calls and emails with any questions I had. One thing that really stood out to me was Jacqueline's attention to detail. She always makes sure that every aspect of any transaction was taken care of. I've been a tenant with Royal Realty for over a year, and have been really impressed with how professional and friendly they are! They make everything so easy and stress free, and each agent I've worked with has been so down to earth and helpful. Jaqueline Little has been my main contact there, and is not only responsive but seems invested in making my housing situation is as comfortable as possible. Also, I'm happy they upgraded their service website so it's easy to pay rent and get any maintenance scheduled in one place. Nice work, and thanks from a happy customer!

Jackie Little was the best property manager/management company we've ever worked with! From the time we reached out about a listing, to signing a lease, to moving out of our unit, Jackie was incredibly communicative and helpful. She was responsive during the day, at night and on the weekends, and if she was ever unavailable, she promptly sent someone from her team. She took care of us as tenants and if we ever decide to move again, we will certainly reach out to her first about units under her care.

Working with Jackie and her team at Royal Realty was a pleasure and I'm so happy I was fortunate enough to work with Jackie when I purchased my first condo recently! Before I found my new place, Jackie worked with me over the course of several months and going to many different open houses to find a place that matched exactly what I was looking for. Jackie is very professional and has a wealth of knowledge for new home buyers, her opinions and guidance were invaluable when making decisions during my home purchase process. Outstanding property management company. I had the pleasure of dealing with Royal Realty and more specifically Frances Sagun for the past two years. Frances was outstanding and always went above and beyond if an issues ever arose. She was quick to respond to any work orders or concerns we had and always communicated well between myself and the property owner. jacqueline is our new property manager in Royal Realty, but l've known her for years--back when she quickly resolved issues for us while working with the former property manager. From the start, l've deeply respected and admired her. She is not only a genuinely kind-hearted person but also incredibly generous and someone with great integrity. As a property manager, she is exceptionally responsible, and as a company manager, she demonstrates strong leadership and vision. She truly cares about her clients. When we were looking to rent out our house last October, she went above and beyond to help us secure reliable tenants, ensuring our home wouldn't sit vacant through the holiday season. She never saw our necessary major repairs as an inconvenience or a complication to managing our property. Instead, she actively helped us find suitable contractors. Although we ultimately went with a contractor recommended by a friend, her expertise was still incredibly valuable to us. Her dedication and effort meant so much to us, and we trust her completely. I highly recommend Jacqueline to any homeowner in need of a property manager. However, she keeps a very busy schedule, so I'm not sure how many new clients she can take on. That said, if she can't personally manage your property, I have no doubt she will connect you with the best fit within her company.

Jennifer Peele at Royal Realty was absolutely amazing in helping me sell my condo in Aiea. Even in a slow market, she got the job done.
